The LET Access Series (LETAS) enters the business end of the season this week in Tourrettes, France, at the Terre Blanche Ladies Open.
While traditionally serving as the season-opener, Terre Blanche is now held from October 8-10 and is the 15th of 19 stops on the LETAS calendar.
This year marks the 14th edition of the Terre Blanche Ladies Open which has featured past champions such as Linn Grant (2021), Anna Magnusson (2024) and Amalie Leth-Nissen (2025).
It will be the third event held in France, after the Arkea Montauban Ladies Open and Hauts de France Pas De Calais Golf Open, with 96 players competing for a €45,000 prize pool.
Both preceding French tournaments have seen local winners, including LETAS Order of Merit (OOM) leader Lauren Holmey at Montauban and Lucie Malchirand at Pas De Calais.
The format is a 54-hole stroke play competition with a cut to the top 45 professionals and ties after 36 holes.
For the past eight years, Terre Blanche has been ranked in the top three of the Best Golf Resorts in Continental Europe.
After having occupied the 1st place in the ranking since 2015, Terre Blanche has been awarded the 2nd place in the famous ‘Top 100 Golf Resorts in Continental Europe’ by Golf World (UK) in October 2022.
LETAS OOM leader Holmey is in the field as is Sweden’s Moa Svedenskiold, the only player to have won twice on LETAS in 2026, as well as Switzerland’s Natalie Armbruester who is third in the OOM with four second-place finishes this season.
With just five events of the LETAS season remaining, it’s all to play for with full LET status for 2027 and the OOM and Rookie of the Year titles on the line.
The top seven players in the OOM by the end of the season will earn full playing status on the LET for the 2027 season, while those ranked between 8th and 32nd will be exempted into the final stage of Qualifying School.
The Terre Blanche Ladies Open will take place at Golf de Terre Blanche from Thursday October 8 until Saturday October 10.
