In August 2025, Anne-Charlotte Mora lifted her maiden LET Access Series (LETAS) title after winning by four strokes at the inaugural Women’s Irish Challenge.
Fast forward 11 months, the Frenchwoman, 29, is back at Malahide Golf Club ready to defend her title.
“Last year was really special,” Mora, who won on the LET in 2022, said. “It was my second win on Tour and to be back here feels special. Feels kind of weird, like it’s different from other tournaments.
“I was a little bit nervous for the final round because we were really close. Towards the end I was more confident about winning and really happy.
“It’s actually a little bit stressful because it’s a different tournament because of the win, and it’s a little bit more stressful and challenging. But I’m looking forward to it.”
After a number of missed cuts on the LET at the start of the year, Mora is hoping to regain some form on the developmental Tour.
“I had a rough start to the season because I got injured on my knee,” she said. “I had to take two months off and then I went straight back to the LET and didn’t make any cuts. Maybe I’ll get surgery later.
“I hope to be back on the LET and playing my best, like always, and just having fun.”
